SUMMARY The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for the production of all x-rays ordered by the physicians and physician assistants.
1. Produce high quality images as ordered by the physicians and physician assistants to be used in the evaluation and treatment of patients. 2. Maintain all equipment as necessary. 3. Maintain all supplies to adequate levels. 4. Responsible for renewing license as required and providing Coastal Orthopaedics with a current copy of license. 5. Responsibility for compliance with governmental and regulatory laws and standards governing Coastal Orthopaedics, PC. 6. Answer private line and emergency line as required and as time permits. 7. Prepare x-rays for patient pick-up, Fed Ex pick-up, etc. 8. Assist with continuous quality improvement efforts 9. Attend staff meetings, in-service trainings and required continuing licensing education
