Orthopaedic Clinic of Daytona Beach is a well-respected practice that was established in 1961 and has a rich history of providing exceptional Orthopaedic care to the community. We currently have nine Orthopaedic Surgeons, seven Mid-Level Providers, and a Physical Therapy team who serve patients at four locations within Volusia and Flagler counties.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the day-to-day billing and collections operations for our main clinic and three satellite offices. He/she will be responsible for all business office operations, including but not limited to: Department planning, fiscal/budgetary management, workflow management, human resources management, project management, continuous quality improvement, information technology management, and on-going customer service functions. He/she is ultimately accountable for creating an exceptional work environment, while ensuring accurate, efficient and effective operational processes are in place. He/she will provide leadership, management, coaching and guidance to all employees within the back end of our business operations. He/she will consistently motivate staff in a highly positive, proactive, and transparent manner by fostering teamwork and executing on sound policies and procedures. He/she will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring key performance indicators and departmental goals in accordance with the company’s established policies and procedures and industry best practices. The position will work in collaboration with the Patient Services and Clinical Managers.
