The physician practice administrator provides leadership oversight and operational, financial and administrative direction for an ambulatory physician practices consisting of approximately 10 providers and 25 staff members. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership through activities at the strategic and operational level to ensure outstanding patient care, patient satisfaction, and provider and staff productivity. Maintain liaison with all levels of administration, physicians and outside entities to coordinate clinic/practice business, accomplish directives, and facilitate the resolution of problems.
This position has responsibility for and oversight of all staff and practice operations. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue cycle management, compliance, quality improvement, work culture, strategic planning, business development/marketing, budget preparation and management, including income and expenses.
