The HRBP/OD Principal Consultant will consult on organizational development (OD) and change management initiatives across the business, primarily in support of Operations. The position will project manage Talent Management programs, such as New Hire Orientation, Management 101, and Employee Surveys. There will be some responsibility for learning design, development and delivery in a variety of modes.

Measures effectiveness of TM programs
Provides consultation to the Operations and Corporate leaders around change management and OD initiatives (including organizational design/structure and work processes)
Responsible for learning design, development and delivery of various programs via classroom, online, gamification, etc.
Partners with the Talent Management Leader on initiatives, such as performance management, leadership development, Satellite Learning, etc.
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer service standards
Focuses on change management and the communication that supports it
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
