General Requirements of the Position:
Informs the Executive Committee and Owner about current trends, problems and medical activities to facilitate policy making.
Responsible for the day to day operations of the practice and insures continuous improvement of key processes.
Oversees all financial aspects of the practice to ensure financial accountability and viability.
Conducts financial analyses and provides options and recommendations to the Board in making critical decisions.
Oversees all human resrouces aspects of the practice in tandem with the HR Manager with the goal of right-sizing the staffing and meeting regulatory requirements, compensatino and benefit design and employee relations.
Create annual financial and operational plans to guide the goals of the practice.
Oversees the implementation and optimization of information technology of the practice by working with the I.T. Administrator and Senior Support Analyst Manager.
Manages positive community relationships with the Marketing Manager and develops key marketing opportunities.

MBA or MHA
At least 10 years of progressive physician practice management experience with a focus on primary care.
Understands the Tripe Aim and its implications
Effectivei n managing change and adapting to a changing environment
Sharp focus on operations with emphasis on financial skills and business skills.
Familiar and open to use LEAN principles, systems and tools.
