Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Senior Product Manager! The role of the Senior Product Manager is at the center of our organization. This person will be the principle product owner and will work to define product strategy and roadmap to drive releases in conjunction with cross-functional teams. Mod Med's PM works closely with the leadership team; interfacing with marketing, engineering, and medical teams to build upon and deliver the fast-paced growth of our revolutionary medical software products. You will also explore and develop new business opportunities through client and partner relationships. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about what they do and possesses the ability to innovate and lead.

*Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, synthesize and understand market requirements and define product roadmaps.
*Manage the full lifecycle of products from market requirements to product release including: concept, scope, specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, deployment and maintenance.
*Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, including business analysts, user experience, engineers, marketing, client services and sales to plan and launch projects on time, on budget and on specification.
*Create presentations and supporting documents to facilitate communication across all teams.
*Act as key product expert, evangelist and advocate for initiatives and projects.
*Balance product requirements and market impact against time to market and project risks.
*Incorporate customer and business partner feedback into future product requirements.
*Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects.
*Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
*Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
*Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
