32-provider, 5-site pediatric practice is looking for a seasoned executive that has both the charisma and business acumen to continue to develop a strong, special brand in the Fairfield, CT market.
We are looking for an effective, efficient operations manager that possesses not only a high degree of business acumen but that can also be an innovative resource to help lead this independent group in conjunction with the President/CEO, Medical Director and Board.
Can you successfully meet the day-to-day challenges of practice management while possessing the ability to see beyond the minutiae and develop effective strategies for success?
Do you have a track record of managing an independent practice and a solid foundation of implementation that appropriately showcases your skills?
Do you possess the capability to be actively involved in and oversee all aspects of operations including Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, Marketing, and Clinical operations?
Do you thrive on the challenges of developing efficient processes and keeping operations ‘lean’ and have excellent financial oversight skills?
Do you possess unusual skills or experience that you can bring to an established practice that balances tradition with innovation?
