The Operations Director oversees program administration and is responsible for direction of day-to-day operations of Connected Care Partners, a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) of over 800 providers (independent and NMHS-employed or contracted). The Operations Director is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for operationalizing the strategic direction and providing vision and leadership in the ongoing development and implementation of the CIN. S/he is a central liaison between the CIN and other stakeholder groups, including hospitals, physicians, employer groups, brokers and healthcare leaders.
The Operations Director leads the implementation of clinical integration programs, including: governance support, communication, practice engagement, patient engagement, project management and coordination with other NMHS and CCP market strategies. The Director must have strong work ethic, organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex, regional network across the continuum of care. S/he engages strategically with hospital, medical group and other health care leaders, and holds as a priority the development of robust, productive relationships with participating physicians and leaders. Entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, self-direction, strong communication and relationship building skills, and ability to navigate complex systems are essential.
