CGRC's ABA Program is expanding! ABA Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that drive the treatment plan and ABA programs. ABA Behavior Consultants provide ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, school, and community settings. ABA Behavior Analyst develops individualized treatment plans with the family and monitor client progress towards goals. The ABA Behavior Analyst will supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, functional assessment, and treatment plan implementation.

Using your strong organizational and interpersonal skills will aid in your ability to develop a plan to help improve a child's skills in order to reduce challenging behaviors, train pertinent caregivers and team members, and monitor data and outcomes.

Some responsibilities include:
  • Conduct any necessary assessment, including but not limited to, the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that will drive the treatment plan and ABA programs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) with the family and monitors client progress towards goals.
  • Supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland), functional assessment, and treatment plan implementation.
  • Provide ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the home, school, and community settings.
  • Transfer the treatment plan implementation skills to all mediators, (i.e., parent, teacher, caregivers).
  • Develop appropriate behavioral data collection systems such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of treatment plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
  • Graph clinical data on active treatment goals to monitor progress and facilitate any changes that need to me made to programming.
  • Utilize clinical outcome measures and individualized data collected regularly to graph, monitor progress, update treatment plan interventions, and develops discharge/aftercare plans.
  • Consult and coordinate regularly with all mediators of the treatment plan (i.e. parent, teacher, caregivers).
  • Consult and collaborate with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other related disciplines.
