Executive Director of Physician Operations

The Executive Director of Physician Operations provides administrative leadership to all Valley View physicians. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating and controlling the operation of all physician practices. Ensures that quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for working in collaboration with hospital physicians. 

QUALIFICATION

• Master's degree in health administration or related field
• At least 5 year's experience in progressive management in healthcare field
• Management skills of organization, interpersonal communication skills, mediation and negotiation, independent decision-making
• Active knowledge of and participation in community

SALARY

• $240,000 - $275,000 annual salary
• Starting salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
