Looking for experienced RBTs who are accruing Fieldwork Experience Hours to join our team to learn and grow with us!
Perfect position for someone who is looking for high quality mentorship as they finish accruing their fieldwork hours.
Our mentorship therapists have a 100% pass rate on their BCBA exam!

Who You Are and What You Bring to the Table.
Valid RBT credential
Completed graduate coursework and obtained a Masters Degree.
Minimum 1 year of RBT experience
You love the field of ABA, and are ready to take that next step towards your career as you prepare to become a BCBA!
Able to serve families in the Central Austin and surrounding metro areas.
Enjoy mentoring your fellow therapists and setting a positive example for the team.
Outgoing and a positive attitude
Enjoys giving and receiving positive and productive feedback
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and overall enjoy communicating
Want to work as a team with your peers
