Position: Renewable Developer Account Manager, in/near Louisville, KY, Boulder, CO, Nashville, TN, or Remotely.

As a key account manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with renewable developer members, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. Your responsibilities will include delivering market intelligence, facilitating platform training, conducting quarterly market review meetings, and fostering buyer introductions. Your background in renewable energy and solutions such as VPPAs will be essential, and your strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be crucial for success in this role.

What You'll Do in This Position:
  • Engage and guide renewable developer members on the platform
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with members
  • Deepen understanding of key climate and clean energy solution areas
  • Contribute to evolving the strategy of Zeigo Network
  • Collaborate with the global team to support platform growth and expansion
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related technical field with five years of related professional experience
  • Well-organized, efficient, and effective manager of time and projects
  • Experience leading strategic client relationships
  • Understanding of concepts in renewable energy procurement such as VPPAs
  • Consistent, clear communicator both verbally and written with demonstrated ability to inspire commitment and action from clients
  • Consistent learner and good listener
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
    • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization software
    • Master's degree in relevant subject area

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $140,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
