We seek an experienced and visionary Director of Cardiology Service Lines to lead our outpatient cardiology operations and shape the future of cardiovascular care across our dynamic network.

As the Director of Cardiology Service Lines, you will oversee and direct a comprehensive suite of cardiology services, including in-clinic operations, diagnostic laboratories, hospital call groups, and professional services. This leadership role involves strategic collaboration with physician leadership, senior executives, and ambulatory care teams to optimize provider rotations, hospital assignments, and technology utilization. By leveraging process improvement principles and change management tools, you’ll be pivotal in driving efficiency, enhancing patient care, and minimizing costs across our growing cardiology footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage personnel across cardiology service lines and diagnostics. Collaborate with physician and executive leadership to evaluate and implement strategic service line initiatives. Conduct financial analyses to support performance improvements and cost optimization. Oversee provider location rotations, hospital assignments, and process improvements. Utilize technology and change management to achieve operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business domain, OR 7 years of equivalent work experience. Experience: 7 years of outpatient cardiology practice management experience, OR 7 years of practice management in an alternative medical specialty with hospital responsibilities.
Skills: Strong leadership in change and project management. Competence in process improvement, financial analysis, and human resource management. Proficiency in creating reports, presentations, and strategic action plans.
