We seek a hands-on, results-driven Practice Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day operations across all aspects of our practice. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Medical Director to help achieve strategic goals for practice expansion, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve clinical, financial, and operational efficiencies.
The Practice Manager will leverage the strengths of the team, streamline workflows, and ensure the practice runs efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on profitability. This role requires a strong leader who is highly skilled in budget management, team motivation, and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight & Workflow Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency across both practice locations.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that enhance consistency and effectiveness in patient care and administrative tasks.

KPI Utilization & Efficiency Improvement:
- Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs to evaluate practice performance.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies to optimize outcomes.

Staff Leadership & Development:
- Motivate, mentor, and lead staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Assess team strengths and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure operational excellence.

Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting and expenses to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with billing and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycles and control costs.

Practice Growth:
- Support the Medical Director in achieving growth goals, including expanding service lines, increasing patient volume, and exploring new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate on strategic planning for long-term growth, including additional locations and digital service offerings.
