Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly focusing on adults with developmental disorders living in a residential treatment setting. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral interventions and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct FBA and assess behavioral needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs tailored to each client's individual needs.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
  • Supervise RBTs, collect fidelity and IOA data.
  • Present findings to stakeholders of clients based on state regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor client behavior during sessions, providing immediate feedback and support as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • Prefer: 2 years experience as a BCBA.
  • Experience working with children or adults on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy methodologies.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA standards.
  • Excellent data collection skills, with the ability to analyze results effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff members, families, and team members.
  • A commitment to providing ethical patient care while promoting positive behavioral outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00 - $115.00 per hour depending on experience and job position
