Seeking compassionate, hands-on experienced Medical Administrator to be responsible for overseeing all administrative and business operations of a growing practice. This position interacts with patients, physician owners and directly supervises managers and support staff. The right candidate must be organized and possess the ability to lead by example and balance the day-to-day challenges of a high-volume practice.


The duties of the Medical Practice Administrator role include but is not limited to:


· Providing direction and oversight of the front desk area to include check in/out, insurance verification, referrals, scheduling, prior authorizations, and time-of-service (TOS) collections


· Performance and oversight of coding, charge entry, electronic claims submission, electronic payment postings and Accounts Receivables Follow up


· Managing day to day operations of the practice


· Interviewing/hiring/training and development of employees and HR related functions


· Overseeing payroll and managing Accounts Payable and bookkeeping functions


· Providing support for practice growth


Requires associate or bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of prior experience in medical management, finance, operations, HR/personnel management, and billing/revenue cycle management. Excellent opportunity for a results-oriented manager.
