We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to help lead our group oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. The CEO will oversee all aspects of practice operations, strategic planning, financial management, and business development initiatives. Our practice is growing and needs a leader that can take us to the next level. 


  • 10+ years of healthcare administration experience, managing multiple location offices.
  • MBA or MHA.
  • Very strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • 10 years of operations expertise.
  • Work in Rancho Cucamonga, California (This is NOT a remote position).

What You Do:

  • Lead with confidence and positivity born of experience while being a consummate team player.
  • Obsess over practice Cash Flow, P&L, Revenue Forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Confidently, and without bias, provide solutions and information to help partners actively discuss and decide on important issues.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively solve them with partners, and the Practice Operations and HR Director.
  • Oversee and own day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Facilitate change by building an even more winning culture.
  • Create and implement the strategic systems to accomplish the vision.
  • With the leadership team, map a clear, unified vision of the future.
  • Further build a culture, team, and systems that scale to the next level.
  • Develop and then champion opportunities for further expansion into new markets within the Inland Empire.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $160-180,000 annual Salary + Bonus – based on experience
  • Health Insurance Stipend 
  • 401k Retirement Participation after 1yr
