What you'll do:
Support the planning and analysis activities of KHRS. Maintain forecast process and model for KHRS and provide analytical support to both finance and operations. Educate and evaluate the hospital financial and operational teams to enhance the clinical and financial success of each hospital.

Responsibilities:
  • Directs monthly, annual and quarterly forecast process.
  • Provides financial and operational training.
  • Oversees preparation and distribution of operating reports and reviews.
  • Directs annual target setting process and execution of current year budget.
  • Updates annual proforma templates and supports others to complete throughout the year.
  • Analyze monthly activity against prior month, prior year, forecast, budget and other measures.

Qualifications
What you'll need: Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
Experience:
  • 10 years finance experience including leadership.
