We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Practice Administrator to lead our administrative operations and help us continue to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and services. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service. Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software to streamline operations. Practice marketing. Coordinate with rheumatology associations on the national and local levels.


Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in EHR and practice management software (NextGen preferred)
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting
