Description

Radiology Ltd., a 500-employee medical imaging company located in Arizona is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator. As Tucson's hometown radiology practice, our mission is to provide compassionate care and superior medical imaging services to patients, providers, and healthcare organizations. We have 11 sites throughout Southern Arizona.

We are looking for a natural leader who can help guide provide administrative support to the Director of Clinical Operations. Assists with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, arranging meetings and events, preparing reports, correspondence, conducting research, and collaborating with center leadership management on various administrative tasks and projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive administrative support to the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Assist with daily administrative activities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Conduct research and compile necessary data
  • Oversee and manage specific job projects as assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members
  • Identify and address project-related issues and risks promptly
  • Cover additional responsibilities or positions as required by the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Manage and respond to incoming inquiries and correspondence
  • Screen and manage phone calls and emails
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
  • Acts as the point of contact for the Director of Clinical Operations at various clinical sites as needed
  • Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • 2-5 years' experience in project coordination, including developing project plans, timelines, and managing tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; including excel
