Job Summary:

Sun is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance within its Finance group. This position is hybrid and located in Princeton, NJ. The Sr. Manager Finance will report into the Head of Brand Finance and will be a Finance lead and process owner. This requires the ability to independently handle entire revenue cycle and accounting for all G to N deductions for Brand products.

Responsibilities :

  • Should be able analyze various G to N deductions to know the trend and impact to financials, Arriving at NSP .
Business partner with BU:
  • Work closely with various Business units and provide them with necessary financial reports
  • Play a lead role in Revenue budgeting exercise
Finance partner for Market Access (MA):
  • Work very closely with Market Access team on Pricing, contract, determine impact and reflect the same in Financials
  • Review Rebate Invoices for major variance and work with MA team for resolution.
  • Work closely with Co-pay management team for setting up new program, Prefund, Analysis of the actual co-pay to Revenue.
Accounting /Month end /Audit:
  • To account for various G to N Deduction (Co-pay, Managed care rebates, DSA fees, Chargeback, Medicaid ), handle prefund, and do balance sheet reconciliation for various assets and Liability accounts of G to N.
  • Prepare month end Accrual vs Actual G to N deduction file, and account for the difference in the above.
  • Record other accrual and actuals for month end close
  • Work closely with general accounting team for timely revenue closure
  • Should be able to work with Auditors on financials.
  • Work is approx. - 65% Financial Analysis & reporting and 35% of G to N Accounting
Education and Qualifications:
  • CPA/MBA must
  • 5-10 years of hands on experience in Pharma Gross to Net Financial Analysis and Accounting.
  • Good familiarity with Govt. reporting - Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare .
  • Hands on Working Knowledge of SAP, good Excel skills, Vistex knowledge is a plus
Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
