On behalf of the Community Health Care Clinic (CHCC), Adkisson Search has partnered with CHCC to recruit their new Executive Director.
The Executive Director will join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to CHCC's mission and committed to serving the patients and the community.
The health and well-being of CHCC’s patients are their top priority. As the cornerstone of healthcare access in McLean County, CHCC provides comprehensive medical and dental services, as well as prescription medications, at no cost to patients. Operating without federal or state funding, the Clinic relies on donations to sustain healthcare access in McLean County.

to provide efficient, high-quality care through a free clinic model maximizing resources, volunteers, and community partners.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving CHCC's mission, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and be committed to continuously improving patient access. They will also focus on maximizing resources and strengthening CHCC’s donor relationships within the community.
