General Summary: The Plastic Surgery Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and increasing sales of plastic surgery services. This role involves interacting with potential and existing patients, coordinating consultations and surgeries, and providing an exceptional patient experience. The coordinator also collaborates with the medical team to ensure all operations and services are performed efficiently and satisfactorily.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Consultation Management:

   - Receive and respond to inquiries from potential patients via phone, email, and in person.

   - Provide detailed information about plastic surgery procedures and services offered.

   - Schedule and coordinate initial and follow-up consultations with plastic surgeons.

   - Follow up with potential patients to convert consultations into procedure sales.

2. Patient Care:

   - Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and attended to at all stages of the process.

   - Guide patients through the consultation, surgery, and recovery process, addressing any questions or concerns they may     have.

   - Ensure all patient expectations are met and that they are satisfied with the services received.

3. Surgery Coordination:

    - Collaborate with the medical team to schedule surgeries and procedures.

    - Ensure all necessary documents are complete and up-to-date before surgeries.

    - Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and insurance, to ensure a seamless experience for the patient.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

    - Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new patients.

   - Collaborate in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, emails, and social media content.

   - Assist in organizing events and seminars aimed at promoting plastic surgery services.

5. Administration and Reporting:

   - Maintain accurate records of patient inquiries, sales, and follow-ups.

   - Prepare sales reports and statistics for management.

   - Manage and update the patient database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related  field.

- Experience: Previous experience in sales, patient coordination, or similar roles in the medical field is highly desirable.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex medical procedures clearly and comprehensibly.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Sensitivity and empathy towards patients' needs and concerns.

- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and scheduling systems. Proficiency in NexTech EMR system, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as needed.

-Work hours:  10:30am-7pm
