Position Summary:
As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pediatric alliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the central business office, driving strategic planning initiatives, and providing overall leadership to ensure that the practice is on a path of sustainable growth and success. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with other C-suite executives and directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the central business office, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that align with the organization's goals and vision. Provide leadership and direction to the entire organization, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Directly oversee and manage all directors and C-suite level executives. Attend and set agendas for board meetings, care center meetings, and other applicable gatherings. Ensure that the organization is moving in the right direction in terms of growth, patient care, clinical excellence, and financial performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably in healthcare management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a large team. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in pediatric care, is highly desirable.
