Associates in Nephrology, a leading association of kidney specialist is looking for a Strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with widespread healthcare leadership and a strong financial acumen to join our growing team. You will oversee the financial operations and assist with the long term strategic goals of the practice, while providing constructive guidance.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of all financial aspects of the practice including accounting, revenue cycle, prior authorization, and accounts receivable to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic partner to physician President, and physician Executive Committee, to envision, develop, and execute on long term growth plan to secure additional market share.
- Understanding of nephrology value-based care initiatives to include interaction with value-based care providers, accounting for value-based patient care activities, and short and long-term expansion of value-based care relationships.
- Regulatory compliance to stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulation and reimbursement policies, ensuring the organization’s accounting and revenue cycle practices remain in compliance remain in compliance with industry standards.
- Proactively collaborate with physicians, Clinical Operations Director, and staff to identify and implement best practices for clinical quality, volume growth, and operational excellence.
- Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume, strategic service line growth, new physician recruitment, and increasing volume from existing physicians.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field. Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in healthcare management preferably within the– Nephrology specialty, minimum five years.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
