Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH), America’s “Outstanding Rural Health Organization for 2024” (NRHA) is seeking a Cardiology Clinic Medical Group Manager to join our team.
The Practice Manager plans for and develops clinical programming in the CMH-OHSU Cardiology Clinic located in Astoria on the beautiful Oregon coast.
This position is responsible for overseeing day to day business and clinical operations. The Practice Manager is also responsible for administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff to enhance quality of care to clinics’ customers. Plans for and oversees annual budgets.
This Manager will work closely with the clinic providers, staff, and CMH administration to improve patient experience, adhere to regulatory standards, and lead process improvement initiatives. This position will serve as the main point of contact for patient service issues. This key practice leadership position helps develop the clinical programs, assuring quality care for patients.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
- Two year of clinic office management experience required. Cardiology experience preferred.
- Experience with Cerner, EPIC or other patient information system
This position is a fully onsite role.
