Your Role
The Growth and Servicing analytics team is part of the centralized Data and Analytics organization and oversees Analytics relating to Contact Center, Digital, Marketing, Claims, Appeals, Grievances, Disputes, Customer Experience and Lines of Business. The Medical Informatics Analyst - Care Navigator, Consultant will report to the Manager of Lines of Business . In this role you will play a crucial part in driving your team's success by effectively partnering with multiple operations stakeholders who are helping to plan and execute the care navigator program. This program helps customers navigate difficult issues around making appointments, getting pre authorizations, finding a doctor and a few more. Specifically, you will provide new and robust tableau dashboards reporting of this program including impact on Experience, Medicare Stars, Operations experience and Cost of Health Care measures. You will be meeting with your stakeholders to understand their business problems relating to optimization of the program/expansion of the program and the questions that must be answered to address them. In addition, you will provider insights that will lead to meaningful action.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Passionate about using data to make healthcare simpler, more accessible, more predictable, and more affordable
- A data enthusiast with experience in data programming to analyze large datasets
- Be laser focused on Backoffice care navigator program/processes, arming the operations teams to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, operational performance and health care costs.
- Enjoy working in a very matrixed and fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions
- Have a solid analytics background and can apply critical thinking to solve data problems
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires an MPH, MBA, MS, MA, RN, or RHIA in health science, quantitative social science, public health, health services research or business, or BA/BS with demonstrated equivalent work experience
- SAS Certified Base Programmer Credential or equivalent
- Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience inclusive of at least 3 years of experience in Health Care (managed care, academic, or gov't payer)
- Strongly preferred working knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS (Oracle, Netezza etc.)
- Tableau skills to create reports and visualization strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HEDIS & experience in supporting the California Health Exchange strongly preferred
