Revenue Cycle Director for Medical Practice in Florida!!

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Director for our multi-location, 30+ provider practice to oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle process. The right candidate will have the ability and possess a thorough knowledge of medical billing, have excellent communication, organizational and prioritize daily tasks accordingly. They will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop good relationships with patients, providers and staff. This position is responsible for accurate and timely billing and payment posting of services in addition to directing and improving the day-to-day billing operations of the Practice including:

• Patient Check In/Out Insurance Verification Scheduling Referrals Pre-Certifications/Prior Authorizations Coding Charge Entry Electronic Claims Submission and Electronic Payment Posting Working denials and performing appeals A/R Follow-Up Month-End Reporting

Requires 5+ years of experience in physician billing, knowledge of third-party regulatory requirements (including Medicare and Medicaid) and experience with EMR. Prior experience with vascular, complex Internal Medicine, complex specialty practice and/or ASC Billing a plus! Direct experience with clearinghouse set-up of billing parameters and a proven record of building  a strong revenue cycle team required.
