Vice President of Operations

Cypress Healthcare Partners, LLC, in collaboration with Salinas Valley Health (SVH), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead the operational excellence of a thriving, 200-provider multi-specialty medical group. With over 30 clinic locations across Salinas and Monterey, this is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of patient care in a leading healthcare organization.

What you will do:

• Lead a Large-Scale Operation: Oversee daily operations of SVHC’s multi-specialty group, ensuring 30 clinics run efficiently and effectively.
• Drive Results: Manage a $200M gross revenue budget and ensure $90M in annual net revenue.
• Shape Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop growth strategies, expand services, and improve patient outcomes.
• Leadership Impact: Lead a team of 22 direct reports and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-10 years of senior operational leadership in healthcare, managing large medical groups (100+ physicians)
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and improving operational efficiency
• Passion for improving patient care and healthcare delivery
