As the Lead Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of our client's fiscal performance, utilizing your expertise to monitor, analyze, and optimize revenue cycle operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the hospital by identifying trends, spotting gaps, and recommending improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Monitor ongoing performance of revenue cycle results using Key Operating Indicators (KOIs) and dashboards.
- Trend Identification: Use data analytics to identify trends and gaps within the revenue cycle workflow.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide a holistic view of revenue cycle performance.
- Optimization: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance revenue integrity and optimize revenue cycle processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and other departments to align revenue cycle operations with overall hospital goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in an acute care hospital.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; advanced skills in using BI data applications and data extraction tools.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data and communicate findings effectively.
- Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of the revenue cycle process and revenue integrity.
- Preferred: Experience with Meditech is highly desirable.
