The Practice Manager – Radiation Oncology Services is responsible for the Radiation Oncology Practice operations at 5 sites within the Greater Cincinnati area. Reporting to the Practice Operations Director, the Practice Manager – Radiation, is part of a team responsible for the oversight, patient experience, staffing, financial performance, quality outcomes and employee engagement within the assigned locations. The Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership, establishing goals and identifying benchmarks designed to continuously improve the patient experience. The successful candidate will maintain patient satisfaction and enhance physician and staff engagement, resulting in operational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be focused on high quality processes, growth, and effective change management.

The Practice Manager must be outcome-oriented with the ability to achieve results through other people. The Practice Manager must create and support our “Patients First” philosophy and develop an environment where employees are passionate about their roles, work collaboratively, and create a positive patient experience. The Practice Manager must be proficient in creating a team environment and proven in developing the talents of individuals. The ideal candidate is an accomplished manager with outstanding leadership, team building, effective communication at all levels and general management skills. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Administration, or a related business field. Progressive experience in healthcare management and operations required. Professional experience in Radiation Oncology management strongly preferred.
