Assists physicians and hospital staff in assessment, planning, and provision of acute care for patients in need of preventative or interventional skin care, enterostomal therapy and management related to diabetes.  Over sees evaluation of effectiveness of skin care and develops necessary staff education to address needs as identified.  Works collaboratively with other wound care staff to evaluate the effectiveness of skin care. Demonstrates service excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
